“Adam…”
Ainsley’s voice invaded my thoughts, but she wasn’t due here for
a bit.

The bed dipped, and I felt a small hand on my arm. It was
Ainsley’s touch.

I did the first thing that came to mind. I walked straight up to
her and started kissing her. The small gasp right before my lips touched hers,
told me she hadn’t expected me to come after her like this. Her body needed to
take over her brain that was probably telling her that I didn’t care if she
were here or not. That was the furthest thing from the truth. Her being here
with me was all that I had thought about through the day.

Ainsley opened her mouth in shock, and I took advantage by
pushing my tongue inside. By her rigid posture, I could tell she was still
thinking with her brain. It was obvious when she let the moment take over. She
became clay in my hands as her body took control. I needed her in that place,
so she wouldn’t try to leave right now.

REVIEW:
Holy Hotness this book is steaming. Adam and Ainsley meet quite unconventionally but the sparks of passion fire immediately. These are two characters who have histories that are interfering with their present and future relationships. Kristin Mayer certainly knows how to keep my interest she is an awesome author who has given realistic characters, time frames and storyline. I am already eager to find out what happens next. Roll on book 2. Thanks for allowing For The Love Of Books an early copy of this fantastic book. I award it 5 stars ~ Rosie

Since an early age, she has always enjoyed reading and writing. While visiting
her father one weekend, he suggested that she should take up writing again.
With family and a career, she didn’t give it a lot of thought, until a story
entered her mind and wouldn’t leave. It just kept forming and developing over a
couple of months.
At the beginning of 2013, she decided to sit down and write it all down, but
she kept it to herself. One sentence developed into two, and before she knew
it, she had the makings of a novel.

travel and meet new people. She holds a degree in International Business and
uses it daily in her job. Kristin now adds “author” on her list of jobs, and
feels very blessed and thankful.
